Multi-stage pressurization -
Casting the cornerstones of industry
The Alpha M series of multistage centrifugal blowers utilizes vertically-sectioned cast iron housings with multistage tandem impeller technology. It is designed for high differential pressure, high flow rate and continuous operation. Compared with single-stage high-speed fans, it has a wider range of flow regulation and lower speed noise.
Step-by-step pressurization principle
Multi-stage centrifugal fans have several impellers connected in series by a main shaft. The gas enters the first impeller to gain kinetic energy, which is converted into pressure energy by a diffuser, and then passes through a return to the next impeller, repeating the process.
Stress is like climbing a staircase, one rung at a time.
Vertical Sections - Precision Manufacturing
Each component is rigorously tested for static and dynamic balance
Vertical Split Housings
A vertically split cast iron housing is used, with multiple impeller stages connected in series by a single spindle. Compared with the horizontal section, the vertical section has less deformation under high pressure, better sealing, and is easy to modularize the number of stages.
- Interstage large bend radius spreading
- Cast iron, shock absorbing and noise reducing
Ternary flow impeller
Cast aluminum alloy impeller with precision machining and strict dynamic and static balance test. Adopting backward curved blade design to provide a wider stable operation range and effectively preventing wheezing.
- Optimized diffuser diameter ratio
- No internal pressure external bearing box
Performance range
Suitable for high flow rates, medium and high pressures and vacuum levels up to 500 mbar.
