Principle of Active Magnetic Levitation Bearing

High-precision displacement sensors detect the rotor position at a frequency of tens of thousands of times per second, and the intelligent controller adjusts the electromagnetic force in real time to ensure that the rotor always rotates smoothly in the center.
Real-time detection (Sensing)
Displacement sensors monitor axial and radial positional deviations of the rotor in real time.
Intelligent Computing (Control)
The controller calculates the required corrective magnetic force by means of a PID algorithm.
Magnetic calibration (Actuation)
The power amplifier drives an electromagnet to generate a magnetic force that instantly pulls the rotor back to its center position.

High-efficiency ternary flow impeller
Made of AL7075 aerospace aluminum, precision manufactured by 5-axis machining center. Aerodynamically optimized ternary flow pattern with an adiabatic efficiency of up to 92%.
Permanent Magnet High Speed Motor (PMSM)
Motor efficiencies up to 97% or more. Rotor direct drive, no speed increasing gears, no couplings, eliminating mechanical transmission losses. Small size and great power density.
Active magnetic levitation bearings
No mechanical friction, no lubrication, no vibration. Rotor suspended in magnetic field, unlimited theoretical life. Intelligent controller automatically compensates for rotor imbalance.
All-in-one compact structure
- Modular design: Motor, impeller, bearings, inverter and controller are integrated in the same base.
- Plug and play: Installation on site is extremely simple, requiring only the connection of power and piping.
