Roots Blower
Derived from the classic technology of Alpha in the United States. Adopting integral three-blade rotor and double oil tank splash lubrication design, it is specially designed for high pressure difference and heavy load working condition. Sturdy structure, stable operation, is the cornerstone of industrial pneumatic conveying and sewage aeration.
Demonstration of the working principle of a Roots blower
2D Cross-sectional demonstration: The gas is drawn in at the upper inlet and is pushed along the inner wall of the casing by the “closed volume” formed by the three-bladed rotor to the lower exhaust port.
Observe that the airflow is along the inside walls of the housing on both sides, not through the center of the two rotors.
1. Intake
The rotation of the rotor enlarges the volume of the air inlet, and the gas is sucked into the casing under negative pressure.
2. Transfer
The gas is “shut off” in the closed chamber formed by the impeller and the inner wall of the casing and is transported from top to bottom. Note: The gas does not pass through the center of the rotor.
3. Exhaust
When the closed chamber is connected to the exhaust port, the high-pressure gas returns, forcing the gas out and completing the pressurization.

Automatic Tensioning System
The motor base is equipped with an automatic tensioning device that utilizes the motor's own weight to maintain belt tension, eliminating the maintenance of frequent manual belt adjustments by the user.
Host Core Components Explained
One-piece three-blade rotor
High quality cast iron material, strength close to steel. Three-blade profile design significantly reduces airflow pulsation, smoother operation.
Synchronous helical gears
The use of low-noise synchronized helical gears with ISO Class 6 accuracy ensures precise rotor engagement backlash.
Double-ended oil bath lubrication
Gear end and drive end both adopt large oil tank “oil bath splash lubrication”, completely abandon grease lubrication, better heat dissipation, bearing life extension.
Oil-free sealing technology
The sealing structure consisting of four piston rings and shaft shoulder, together with the dry labyrinth seal at the end of the active shaft, ensures that the conveyed air is completely oil-free.
